Maintenance, Development and Technical Assistance for Public Administration Information Portals
For the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, we provide development, maintenance and technical assistance services for internet portals. The portals provide access to information about European Funds, calls for proposals, grant search tools, the Grants Map and the Knowledge Base. They serve as a source of information for institutions, beneficiaries and people interested in support from EU funds.
The project covers the maintenance and development of publicly available websites that play an important informational role for citizens, entrepreneurs, institutions and public administration. The portals provide access to up-to-date information on programmes, calls for proposals, grant search tools, project maps, and educational and informational materials related to European Funds.
The services are provided in 2020–2026 and include both ongoing operational support and functional and technical development of the websites.
Challenge
Public administration websites must provide stable, secure and clear access to information for a very broad group of users. In the case of websites related to European Funds, particular importance is placed on the accuracy of data, availability of information, clarity of communication and the ability to quickly publish and update content.
The challenge was to ensure continuity of operation and development for portals with different purposes, functional scopes and target audiences. The websites must support both users looking for general information about European Funds and those searching for specific calls for proposals, grants, projects or expert materials.
It was also important to provide technical support for solutions operating in a public administration environment, taking into account requirements related to security, stability, availability and predictable system operation.

Our Solution
We provide maintenance and development services for the Ministry’s internet portals, ensuring technical, administrative and development support. Our role is to maintain website stability, handle requests, develop functionality and support ongoing needs related to publishing and providing access to information.
As part of the work, we support portals serving different functions in the European Funds information ecosystem.
European Funds Information Portal
The portal provides users with access to information on programmes, funding opportunities, news, rules for using EU funds and materials supporting beneficiaries.
The website serves as a central source of information for individuals and institutions interested in European Funds.
Grant and Call Search Tools
The solutions available within the portals help users find information on available calls for proposals, grants and funding opportunities.
As a result, users can access information more quickly, matched to their needs, type of activity or planned projects.
Grants Map
The Grants Map presents projects co-financed by the European Union. The website supports transparency in the use of public funds and allows users to explore the scale and location of implemented projects.
The Grants Map presents information covering:
- 333,732 projects,
- total project value: PLN 1,787,491,344,602.74,
- European Union funding: PLN 1,139,926,953,452.89.
European Funds Knowledge Base
The European Funds Knowledge Base is a system for managing the publication and exchange of information between institutions involved in the implementation of European Funds in the 2014–2021 perspective. It also serves as a document repository, including various multimedia files, with a searchable collection of information resources for exchanging aggregated data between institutions involved in managing the implementation of European Funds.
